Responsible for web services billing and forecast reports on a monthly basis.

Coordinates and directs vendors about new technologies for generating additional revenue for epix.

Coordinates and directs focus groups to test web site usability and report documentation for various projects. Also, develops the competitive analysis documentation to be implemented on various projects.

Assigns pricing on all outgoing projects and manages margins during all stages of the life cycle.

Supports sales by preparing proposals, attending sales meetings as sales engineer, and presenting solution to upper management.

Develops wire frames, storyboard layouts and presents them to clients and development team.

Teaches Internet Courses including HTML beginners, Intermediate, and advanced, as well as conduct Seminars to businesses, colleges, and k-12 about Conducting Business on the Internet.

Currently the project leader, information architect, and usability engineer on the College Misericordia web site redesign.

Conducts job-shadowing sessions for the youth of NEPA. Coordinates with the HR department to conduct “Career Day” sessions at various high schools in the NEPA area.

Member of the CTE 2000 & 2001 Shareholders meeting task force.

Nominated for 30 under 30 in NEPA. This is an award of 30 individuals in NEPA under the age of 30, who have contributed to the community by providing technical knowledge as well as promoting the area.

Formulates the strategic goals of the web services group for the external e-commerce web solutions by coordinating all development projects
